Bright Bach charges clients based on actual hours worked. Billable time begins when our team arrives at your premises and ends upon completion of the agreed services. Any additional time required beyond the original scope will be communicated and billed accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is unsafe, unsanitary, or contains hazards that could endanger our team. Clear communication about the condition of the premises during booking is appreciated.
The safety of our team is a priority. Clients must ensure the environment is free of risks, including exposed wiring, hazardous substances, or unsafe areas. Please inform us of any concerns beforehand.
Service durations are estimates based on the scope of work. If additional time is needed to achieve the desired standard, we will notify the client for approval before continuing.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Bright Bach has a trusted network of skilled cleaning professionals. Each individual is carefully vetted to meet our standards, ensuring you receive high-quality service.
Our rates are transparent and include all standard cleaning services. Any specialized or additional services requested will incur separate charges, as discussed during booking.

Clients must ensure easy access to the property, including parking and entry. Any delays caused by accessibility issues may impact service time and result in additional charges.

Bright Bach services are available on public holidays at adjusted rates. Advance bookings are required to secure your preferred time slot during these busy periods.
We are committed to delivering exceptional service. If you’re dissatisfied, please inform us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly.
We love pets but request they be secured during cleaning to ensure the safety of both your animals and our staff. Please inform us of any pets beforehand.
Adverse weather conditions may impact our ability to reach your property on time. We will communicate any delays and reschedule if necessary.

Our team will arrive within the agreed time window. Traffic and unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays, which we’ll notify you about promptly.

  • Entry & Lock-Outs

Clients must ensure access to the property. If our team is unable to enter at the scheduled time, a lock-out fee may apply.

Bright Bach is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or emergencies.
While we handle your belongings with care, accidental breakages may occur. Bright Bach will compensate for damages caused by our negligence, subject to assessment.
If keys are provided for access, they will be securely stored and returned promptly after the service. Bright Bach ensures the confidentiality of your property details.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if our team feels unsafe, encounters unacceptable conditions, or is subject to inappropriate behavior.

Our team does not handle biohazards, including mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous waste. Additionally, properties must be smoke-free during the service for health and safety reasons.

Payments are due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods, and invoices will be provided for your records.
